respect to sophistication. The marina manager of 40 years ago only
had to have a love of the water, a firm handshake, good boat handling
skills and the ability to smile. That is far from meeting today's
requirements.

for a boat yard, or small operator with a few slips. It has to be
an ingrained mindset and way of life for the serious operator.
