The Anchorage Marina has the world's most advanced floating dock system that is in use at the finest yachting centers around the world. Steel piles anchor the dock deep into the bottom of the harbor, and finger piers are on both sides of your boat. Ease of docking and damage control are two of the most important features of these slips. This remarkable system has proven safe during a direct hit by a recent hurricane. Slips range from 30 to 60 feet in length with an average water depth of 14 feet. You will enjoy easy access to your boat from the full length finger piers on either side of the slip.

Anchorage is located on Boston Street in Canton's "Gold Coast" Waterfront Community in Baltimore's prestigious Inner Harbor. The slip is one of the most peaceful slips in the marina, and from the stern has a direct view to Fort McHenry to the south and Baltimore's Skyline to the northwest. A front row seat for the 4th of July fireworks in Baltimore's Inner Harbor is always a real plus. The slip is located on the breakwater 'P' pier with no slips behind it and a clear view to the harbor and open water and the city in the distance. A cool gentle breeze is always blowing across the harbor waters. Sit and watch the boats cruise by as you sip your favorite beverage.

EXCLUSIVE STOCK OWNERSHIP:
The purchase of the slip entitles the owner to one share of member voting stock and the use of one 40 ft. boat slip at the Anchorage Marina. The purchaser will enjoy all the amenities and privileges that are part of the ownership of a member share. You will receive a stock certificate, executed by the officers of the corporation and will execute an exclusive slip agreement indicating member share ownership. The condo fees are currently $330.00/quarter, with electric utilities at $25.00/month.
