An
incredible deepwater resort marina with awsome southeastern views across
the Pamlico Sound. Located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway at the
confluence of the Pamlico River, Pungo River and Pamlico Sound.
CLIMATE
CONTROLLED BOATEL
The marina will boast the county's only climate controlled, hurricane
resistant, indoor dry storage boatel for boats up to 50 feet long. The
boatel is being designed to withstand sustained wind speeds up to 140
mph.
The boatel will offer unlimited on-demand launch service from 6am to 8pm, 7-days a week. Before launching your boat, according to your desires, the marina team will top off your fuel tanks; stock your ice chest and provisions, load your bait wells and gear, perform a pre-flight inspection, launch your boat and have it ready for another care-free day on the water.
When you return, you'll get the same level of service. Dockhands will greet you to assist you with your lines and help with any gear you might be taking with you. If you've come back from a day of fishing, they'll take your catch and have it cleaned, filleted, packed on ice and ready for you to take with you or delivered to the marina restaurant where it can be prepared for your evening dinner. Just leave the keys in boat and we'll take it from there. A dock assistant will guide your boat into the docking cradle where it will be lifted out of the water, washed, spot-free rinsed and dried - your outboard engines will be flushed with fresh water and then your boat will be lifted back into its protected indoor storage unit, safe, sound, high & dry until your next outing.
SHELTERED
MARINA & WET SLIPS
In combination with the property's naturally sheltered location and an
excavated inner basin - both inner basin slips and perimeter "piano"
slips will provide deep water berths for yachts from 40 to 65 feet in
length. Additionally, transient vessels up to 90 feet can be accommodated
on side-tie docks. All docks feature double 30, 50 or 100 amp electrical
service, water, cable, telephone hookups and optional broad band.
When staying aboard, yacht club members and transient guests can wake to the newspaper and continental breakfast delivered right to their vessel at their desired wake-up time. The marina will provide owners and guests with complete concierge services. Easy to access fuel docks with high speed fuel pumps for both diesel and gasoline are available. Convenient pump-out facilities for transients and dockside service for slip owners will also be provided.
The marina dockhands and attendants will provide mooring assistance and the concierge will also provision your vessel for planned outings, load you bait and gear and arrange for the performance of make-ready (pre-flight) services to assure that your vessel is stocked with food and beverages, fueled up, fluids checked, systems check performed and is ready for a care-free cruise or day of fishing.
PRIVATELY
OWNED GUEST VILLAS
A limited number of quality constructed and furnished guest villas will
be offered for fractional ownership. Fractional Units can be purchased
on a fractional "time" basis from 30 to 180 days and can even
be mixed between unit sizes. Alternately, investors can purchase a managed
unit interests. Layouts from 625 sf to 2600 sf will be available.
Each unit will be managed as a hotel unit and will receive daily maid and linen service and will be completely maintained by the resort. Owners may occupy a unit for the number of days they have purchased or may elect to place the unit in the rental pool when unoccupied for a 50% revenue share.

Each unit will include water views, private balconies and patios, fireplaces
in the living room and master bedroom, modern kitchens and appliances,
washer & dryer, completely furnished with private storage units for
each fractional owner. This way owners may keep personal items secured
in their own unit without having to remove them for each stay.

AMENITIES
A 3000' boardwalk will wrap around the property with a waterfront grill,
fresh seafood market, ship's store with bait, tackle and provisions; club
house with owners lounge, luxury shower facilities, swimming pool and
sauna are all part of the amenity package for this resort. The property
will be artistically landscaped and lighted.
24 hour on-site security and surveillance cameras will monitor the property on a continuous basis. Live video will also be fed to the web so that owners can check in on their boat or villa anytime of the day from anywhere in the world.
RESERVATIONS / INFORMATION
Reservation Packages will be made available once basic engineering and permitting has been completed. Requests for packages will be filled in the order they were received - as will reservations and refundable reservation deposits.
